I have used Direct Mortgages for two refinances. My Loan Officer George Kartozia and Relationship Manager Christopher Cornett are some of the best I have ever worked with. I could call them anytime during the day or evening to ask questions. There are very professional and courteous. Even when I was attempting to purchase a home in another state. One weekend I went to Indiana to look at purchasing a home for when retiring. I found a home on a weekend and decided to make an offer, Chris and George worked late in the afternoon on a Sunday, to get a pre-approval letter to the Realtor. He answered all my calls and worked tirelessly to get the letter out so the contract could be presented to the seller(s). Even though another offer was accepted over mine the time and effort on a weekend that Chris and George put into getting me a pre-approval made me a customer for life. I have not only become a customer. Chris has become a friend I can call whenever I have a question about my mortgage or any other issues regarding my loan.
